Rite Rug Flooring installed &16,000 worth of Bruce hardwood floors in my new Ryan Homes home. The floors are buckled in most of the seams and wavy in many other places. RRF refuses to replace the floors and the moisture content remains high. Second opinions from Home...

Rite Rug - Centerville. We had the worst experience with Rite Rug and would absolutely never recommend them. Their price for carpet may be reasonable but it is not worth the aggravation of installers not knowing how to do their job, lost trim work and many weeks of...

I worked for Rite Rug in AP dept. They don't want to hire good installers. They hire illegal immigrants because they work cheap. Most do not know how to install correctly. My husband who is legal to work in America and is a experience installer was not given a chance to work for Rite Rug. They don't care about good workers only who the managers like no matter how incompetent they are.

Former installer Wrong rug should be the name. Salesman don't know how to measure and layout carpet with too many seams in wrong locations. They also make promises to customers that are not possible for the price.

Carpet Review

We paid for 10lb padding as we're given 4lb. We only discovered this after the carpet was so poorly installed that it needed to be re-laid. When car asked if they wanted to come inspect the padding, they declined to do so, stating "I'm sure they got the 4lb". This seems to be their MO. Horrible company.

I used to work for Rite Rug in the AP dept. They do not care who they hire to install material. In fact the cheaper the labor they will have to pay out the better. I in fact heard them say they love Mexicans, they work cheaper. Most of the installers were illegal...

Our experience with "Wrong Rug" was bad right from the start. As a new home builder's client, we were sent to Rite Rug's "David Design Center." Their advisor was not quite rude but not friendly or helpful at all. It seemed like a chore for her help. We have been in...
