My boyfriend works nights. Jerry from Rite Rug told him install would be between 10 and 12.
He got up after 3 hours of sleep to be ready for the install. They did not show up. He started calling Jerry and could not get him to call back. Then he was told they sent installers to another job instead of his.
They gave him a new time of 6 pm. He was exhausted and very angry that his was pushed to the end of the day without any phone call. He inquired about the reason for the change but was ignored. It is now 6:40 and installers are still not here.
We called Jerry and he doesn’t answer the phone. We called the store and they are closed. Installers finally show up and it’s almost 7 pm and tell us it will take 3 hours!! That’s 10 pm.
So I get to stay up and wait and can’t go to bed to be rested for my job.
This place has big problems. They need training in customer service big time
