My carpeting is two years old and hardly walked on in two upstairs guest bedrooms. The carpets have just started to ripple which in some places is high enough to cause a fall.
One employee told me it was due to moisture (oh yes!!) or that the carpet has nylon in it. Whatever the reason, my carpet was under warranty for 10 years. Should fixing this be under the warranty? The carpeting on my main floor and basement is doing the same thing.
I will have to hire a mover to help move the furniture to have all this fixed.
What a disaster!! I would never again purchase any service from Rite Rug.
