Rite Rug Flooring installed &16,000 worth of Bruce hardwood floors in my new Ryan Homes home. The floors are buckled in most of the seams and wavy in many other places.

RRF refuses to replace the floors and the moisture content remains high.

Second opinions from Home Depot, Lowes, lumber liquidators and United Flooring indicate that the floors were installed over a moisture laden slab but RRF and Ryan Homes refuses to correct the issue or to replace the floors. My plan is to sue RRF and Ryan Homes

Of course it was it needed to have moisture mitigation applied before the glue was used to adhere the hardwood they glue the hardwood directly to slab it will fail.
